The Newbium crowdsale has two options:
Newbium (NXT blockchain) tokens and Newbium (Ethereum blockchain) tokens.
1) Option one is linked to Newbium (Nxt blockchain) tokens. This option is non escrow. To offset the higher risk for crowdsale participants, Newbium (Nxt) tokens will be distributed immediately on completion of the crowdsale. If the crowdsale cap is reached before May 31st then Newbium (Nxt) tokens will be distributed before May 31st as well. Trading of Newbium (Nxt) tokens will begin immediately after distribution.
2) Option two is linked to Newbium (Ethereum blockchain) tokens. This option is escrowed, with a lower risk for crowdsale participants. Newbium (Ethereum) tokens will be distributed after the crowdsale period has ended. Trading of Newbium (Ethereum) tokens will not begin immediately after distribution.
